Dear friend,
What’s your feeling when you need go into every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday……then start another similar circle next week…… Is it becoming just a routine to you, or life may even become boring and frustrated in such mechanical repetition, especially when you may not be doing what you really enjoy to do every day?
What could be your source and power to keep going every day, refreshed, motivated, and joyfully? If not yet, what are you missing?

I call this secret practice “My 7 Meaningful Days Ritual”. Here is an example how I’d define my 7 days a week and make them each meaningful and actionable, so I can be easily on the top of each day.
- My Passionate Monday
Monday I’d clarify or review my top 5 passions, my visions for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and for life. My plan to follow my passions and get closer to my dreams.
- My Focused Tuesday
Tuesday I remind myself to focus on main targets and up to 3 top priorities every day that will make my each day fulfilled. Focus on the core, do less, while accomplish more.
- My Productive Wednesday
Wednesday I review my productivity, am I on the right track, prioritizing my daily tasks and making good use of my time and energy, where and how I can improve.
- My Breakthrough Thursday
Thursday I reflect if I have any fears or procrastination, where I need collect courage to make breakthrough, where I should make changes to make things happen, where I need challenge myself to make difference.
- My Connective Friday
Friday is the last day of work day. I may slow down a little bit. Review my work/life balance. Reach out more to connect with people even though I’m doing that every day. I remind myself to be more conscious about building my healthy and positive connections and relationships.
- My Creative Saturday
Saturday is family time, kids time, participate with them in creative and explorative activities with my full heart, like relive my childhood. I am both an adult and a child today.
- My Divine Sunday
Sunday I get close to God more consciously. Attend church service, worship, donate, listen to preaches, pray, connect with other people in the holy spirit, understand and share true and divine love. I regain peace and resurrect from my wounds from the world. Sunday is also Sabbath, rest for spirit, heart, mind and body to recharge with energy.
- My Grateful Everyday
I reflect or list 3-10 things what I am most grateful to have that day or in my life, what I’m proud of, and what I’m happy for. I cleanse negative things from my mind and heart, and replace them with positive things. I acknowledge magical life with all the wonderful little or big things.
